The ADIT copper cable granulator features advanced design, a well-thought-out structure, and dependable operation. This production line exhibits several notable characteristics, as it can efficiently process not only thick wires, which regular crushers handle, but also extremely thin wires, achieving excellent separation results. The ADIT production line comprises key components such as a feeding conveyor belt, heavy-duty crushing machine, feeding blower, vibrating screen, pulse dust collector, hydraulic station, and an electrical control cabinet.

The waste cables or wires undergo transformation into plastic pellets and copper particles following the crushing process. As they progress along the vibrating screen mesh surface, they exhibit a wave-like motion. Thanks to the integrated airflow function and the straight shock excitation of the screen box, the cable sheath and core are effectively separated, yielding distinct copper particles, plastic pellets, and a mixture that emerge from different outlet areas.

The entire process is meticulously controlled by a PLC program, ensuring straightforward operation initiated and halted with a single button press. An operational interface video displays the status of critical components and intelligently notifies users of equipment failures. The ADIT copper cable granulator can handle scrap cables with a maximum diameter of 60mm. It is user-friendly in terms of operation and maintenance, achieving an impressive separation purity of up to 99% for single copper cores with a diameter of ≥0.2mm, all while maintaining an input capacity ranging from 300 to 1000 kg/hr.
