The ADIT production line comprises key components such as a feeding conveyor belt, heavy-duty crushing machine, feeding blower, vibrating screen, pulse dust collector, hydraulic station, and an electrical control cabinet.

The waste cables or wires undergo transformation into plastic pellets and copper particles following the crushing process. As they progress along the vibrating screen mesh surface, they exhibit a wave-like motion. Thanks to the integrated airflow function and the straight shock excitation of the screen box, the cable sheath and core are effectively separated, yielding distinct copper particles, plastic pellets, and a mixture that emerge from different outlet areas.

The entire process is meticulously controlled by a PLC program, ensuring straightforward operation initiated and halted with a single button press. An operational interface video displays the status of critical components and intelligently notifies users of equipment failures.
